Support the Indigenous Community!
For every registered athlete, we will donate $5 to Stuart Pagaduan, creator of our event logo, to donate to his charity of choice.

Entry Fees

Early Bird: $135 per gymnast, $0 for coaches (Nov 15th 2024 to Jan 15th 2025)
Regular: $150 per gymnast, $20 per coach (Jan 16th to Mar 1st 2025)
Late Registration: $170 per gymnast, $45 per coach (Mar 1st to Apr 7th 2025)

Refunds, Withdrawals, and Level Changes

All withdrawals should be submitted via this form.

Until January 15th, refunds will be issued less $10 withdrawal fee.
From January 16th to March 1st, refunds will be issued less $25 withdrawal fee.
From March 2nd, refunds will only be issued with medical notes submitted with a refund request, less $40 withdrawal fee.

*No refunds will be issued for no-shows or withdrawals on-site.

Please email [email protected] for level change requests. Any requests for level changes received after March 31st will incur a $25 admin fee.
