Competition Levels

WAG CCP 1 – 9, Xcel, and Interclub

Support the Indigenous Community!
For every registered athlete, we will donate $5 to Stuart Pagaduan, creator of our event logo, to donate to his charity of choice.

Entry Fees

Early Bird: $140 per gymnast, $0 for coaches (Oct 15th 2025 to Dec 15th 2025)
Regular: $155 per gymnast, $20 per coach (Dec 16th 2025 to Feb 15th 2026)
Late Registration: $175 per gymnast, $45 per coach (Feb 16th to Apr 1st 2026)

Refunds, Withdrawals, and Level Changes

All withdrawals should be submitted via this form.

Until January 15th, refunds will be issued less $10 withdrawal fee.
From January 16th to March 1st, refunds will be issued less $25 withdrawal fee.
From March 2nd, refunds will only be issued with medical notes submitted with a refund request, less $50 withdrawal fee.

*No refunds will be issued for no-shows or withdrawals on-site.
*Athletes who qualify for Westerns 2026 can be withdrawn without penalty.

Please email [email protected] for level change requests. Any requests for level changes received after March 1st will incur a $25 admin fee.
