IMPORTANT NOTES TO COACHES
- All gymnasts must be accompanied by a qualified coach on the competition floor at all times
- Coaches must wear identical team attire whilst on the competition floor
- We ask that all participants (gymnasts, coaches, judges, parents, and spectators) to behave appropriately and respectfully at all times during the event, both on the competition floor and spectating
- Judges panels are assigned by the Zone Head Judge. Any enquiries regarding scores should be directed to the session Head Judge before the end of each rotation.

Floor Music

Teams must upload all gymnasts' floor music in MP3 format by April 10th 2026 onto k-score.
We also recommend that coaches have a copy of all floor music on their phone/tablet/MP3 player in case of technical difficulties. CCP 1-5 compulsory floor music will be provided by the host club. |

Thank you for your interest in registering for the 2025 Orca Invitational. All Out of Province Athletes, Coaches, and Judges MUST complete the GymBC Assumption of Risk/Liability Waiver form before they attend a GymBC-sanctioned event in BC.
